SHIPPING

• All products are generally shipped as soon as possible within 3-5 days of your order. 
• The reason for this is because we have to hand make each and every single product. It takes a lot of work and effort in our small shop. Sometimes I get 10-15 orders per day. We have to make each and every one of these by hand with a great deal of precision. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable product from us.

RETURNS

• Due to COVID and the public safety of our clients which is our utmost priority -  we only accept returns within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, un-used, sealed.
• If any of the requirements aforementioned are not met, a return will not be granted. 
• Buyer must pay for return shipping.
• No returns on personalized items or custom orders. 

CANCELLATIONS

• We accept cancellations only if your Batana Oil has not shipped.
• Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.
