Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING

• All products are generally shipped as soon as possible within 3-5 days of your order. 
• It takes a lot of work and effort to maintain our small business. Sometimes I get 10-15 orders per day. We have to package and ship each and every one of our oils by hand. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable product from us.

RETURNS

• We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, un-used, sealed. 
• There are no returns accepted on any open product.
• If any of the requirements aforementioned are not met, a return will not be granted. 
• Buyer must pay for return shipping.
  
  

CANCELLATIONS

• We accept cancellations only if your Batana Oil has not shipped.
• Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.
